2018
Our Story So Far
We are a Lincolnshire based developer dedicated to building traditional homes in prime rural locations.
Our team of highly skilled individuals have a wealth of experience in all aspects of development from design and construction to sales and Customer Care.

2019
Phase 1
Stickney Meadows was our first housing development. 2019 saw the construction of Phase 1 and the grand opening of our three show homes.

Phase 2/3
We now have more than half of our plots occupied, and the next phase under construction.

Phase 3/4
With the final phase of Stickney Meadows nearing completion we have a new project on the horizon!

2022
Stickney Meadows Complete
We completed the sale of our last plot on Stickney Meadows in the summer of 2022, and work is well underway on our new site next door, Stickney Chase.
Stickney Chase Update
2023
Stickney Chase is progressing well, with all 13 plots due for completion by the end of this year.
